Step-by-Step: Creating Email Accounts in cPanel
1. Log in to cPanel

Visit your cPanel login URL (e.g.,
https://yourdomainname.com:2083) -
Enter your domain email address (e.g.,
example@yourdomainname.com) -
Enter your password

Click Log In
2. Navigate to Email Settings

Once inside cPanel, scroll down to the “Email” section

Click on “Email Accounts”
3. Create a New Email Account

Click the “Create” button (usually top-right)

Fill in the following fields:

Domain: Select the domain (e.g.,
yourdomainname.com) -
Username: Enter the desired email prefix (e.g.,
info,sales) -
Password: Enter a secure password or click “Generate” to auto-create one

4. Save the Account

Click “Create” at the bottom of the form

You’ll see a confirmation message and the new email will appear in the list
5. Access the Email

You can now access the email via:

https://yourdomainname.com/webmail) -
Email clients like Outlook or Thunderbird using IMAP/SMTP settings
