2.1 Hosting services will be activated only after receiving full payment through one of our approved platforms, including Direct Bank Deposit, Paynow (our payment gateway), or PayPal.
2.2 Once payment is confirmed, your service will be activated within 24 hours.
2.3 Atomistic Solutions offers Software as a Service (SaaS) that is instantly accessible online upon account activation. Additional configurations, such as setting up email clients on desktop and mobile devices, etc, are considered call services and will be billed hourly.
3.1 Payments must be made upfront to activate or renew services.
3.2 Prices and service plans are subject to change, with prior notice provided to clients.
3.3 Accounts that are not renewed by the due date may be temporarily suspended; however, account data will be kept for up to three months. Reactivation during this period will incur continued billing.
3.4 Accounts not settled within six months, accompanied by a lack of formal written communication to Atomistic Solutions, will be permanently terminated.

7.1 Atomistic Solutions will not be held responsible for any loss of business, revenue, or data resulting from the use of our services.
7.2 Clients agree to indemnify and hold Atomistic Solutions harmless against claims stemming from improper use of our services.
8.1 Clients wishing to terminate services must provide at least 1 month written notice to sales@atomistic.co.zw.
8.2 Atomistic Solutions reserves the right to terminate services immediately if a client breaches any part of this agreement.
This agreement will be governed and enforced under the laws of Zimbabwe. Any legal disputes will fall within Zimbabwe's jurisdiction.
Atomistic Solutions reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be communicated through our website and direct client notifications.
