Configure Email on Outlook Print

Setting up your email in Outlook is quick and secure when you have the correct server details. Follow these steps to manually configure your account using IMAP and SMTP.

 

Step 1: Launch Outlook and Add Account

  • Open Microsoft Outlook.

  • If prompted, click Add Account.

  • Enter your full email address (e.g., example@example.com).

  • Click Connect.

 

Step 2: Enter Your Password

  • Type in your email account password.

  • Click Connect again.

 

Step 3: Configure Server Settings Manually

  • Choose IMAP as the account type.

  • Fill in the following details:

Incoming Mail (IMAP)

Field Value
Server s914.lon1.mysecurecloudhost.com
Port 993
Encryption Method SSL/TLS
 

Outgoing Mail (SMTP)

Field Value
Server s914.lon1.mysecurecloudhost.com
Port 465
Encryption Method SSL/TLS
 
  • Click Next to proceed.

 

Step 4: Finish Setup

  • Outlook will test the settings.

  • Once successful, you’ll see “Account successfully added.”

  • Click Done to start using your email.
