Setting up your email in Outlook is quick and secure when you have the correct server details. Follow these steps to manually configure your account using IMAP and SMTP.
Step 1: Launch Outlook and Add Account

Open Microsoft Outlook.

If prompted, click Add Account.

Enter your full email address (e.g.,
example@example.com). -
Click Connect.
Step 2: Enter Your Password

Type in your email account password.

Click Connect again.
Step 3: Configure Server Settings Manually

Choose IMAP as the account type.
